Breaking News about Off Road Kart Racing at Crandon International Raceway for the Off Road World Championships on Labor Day Weekend.

For the first time Crandon International Off Road Raceway will host Modified Trophy Karts at this year’s World Championships. We’re not talking an exhibition race, we are talking about short course’s best young talent tearing up a purpose built Trophy Kart track during World Championships weekend at Crandon. 10+ of the top Trophy Kart teams & drivers will race on Friday night & Saturday afternoon in front of the Crandon faithful.

Modified Trophy Karts are the premier off road karting class with drivers ranging from 10-14 years old. The Karts run 450cc 4-stoke production engines with 50hp and only 800lbs. These race trucks haul the mail with speeds up to 70+ mph and provide some of the closest and most exciting off road short course racing.

This special event will feature some of the fastest young drivers in the sport including Legacy Motorsports drivers Brock Heger & Broc Dickerson, Scotty Steele & Parker Steele from Steele Motorsports, Darren “Hot Sauce” Hardesty, Cole Mamer, and many more…

5:30pm Mod Trophy Kart Race

Saturday 8/31/13 “World Championship”:
2:15pm “World Championship” Mod Trophy Kart Race

All Trophy Kart Teams will be pitting together at track, so stop by and meet Short Course Racing’s next Super Stars of Off Road!
